Chemical free alternative to febreeze

This is my favorite scent to spray everywhere!  Whether it's my mattress, curtains or dog bed, it works like a charm! I add the drops of essential oil, then fill the rest of the bottle with water. Give it a good shake before you spray. I love the Lavender not only for it's calming effect but also that it is antifungal, antimicrobial, and anti-infectious (just to name a few). I'm also so in love with the whisper blend for women. It can be a very strong smell so that is why I only use 3 drops but it mixes perfectly with the lavender.

Simple meals

I've been totally slacking since the holidays. It's time to get back on track. These are cucumber noodles and they are very easy to make. I don't know why I prefer them shredded like noodles but it makes it different and fun. I have a hard time eating my vegetables so I have to do what I can. I love my veggetti because it is so easy. This time I only used 1 drop of Lime, Himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper for seasoning. But you can play around with whatever you like best. Serve cold.
1 drop lime.
You might also like to try lemon, cilantro, basil, or oregano!
