Face change

Yet another face progress pic. I love looking at these because it's the only way I can see the changes. The picture on the right was when I was in my early 20s. My hair was thinning on top and I remember being so worried about it. I mean, who wants a bald hair dresser doing their hair? I can't believe the difference in my hair. Not only has it begun to grow back, it is so much healthier. My skin has changed for the better as well. My wrinkles have softened and my complexion is smoother. Just a reminder that you have to take care of your insides in order to work on your outsides.

Cauliflower fried rice

I'm so in love with this recipe. Not only is it super duper yummy, but it is also incredibly easy. Get your cauliflower and pulse it in your food processor until it is finely chopped. That's pretty much it for the "rice". Now I like to make a bunch and keep in a large zip lock baggie in the refrigerator. Then you can toss little bits of cauliflower into anything you cook! Add them to your scrambled eggs for breakfast, salsa, salad, you name it! It's just another way to hide your veggies for people like me.

Now add whatever other vegetables you like. I did mini bell peppers, and peas. Put all these in a pan and saute with avocado oil. I like to add gluten free soy sauce or franks red hot sauce. Oh and garlic! can't forget the garlic. Saute for about 5 min then push the veggies off to the sides so you can add the cracked eggs into the middle of the pan to scramble.

That's pretty much it! I do this one for my meal preps a lot and I'm still not sick of it.
