This is my favorite scent to spray everywhere! Whether it's my mattress, curtains or dog bed, it works like a charm! I add the drops of essential oil, then fill the rest of the bottle with water. Give it a good shake before you spray. I love the Lavender not only for it's calming effect but also that it is antifungal, antimicrobial, and anti-infectious (just to name a few). I'm also so in love with the whisper blend for women. It can be a very strong smell so that is why I only use 3 drops but it mixes perfectly with the lavender.

Simple meals
I've been totally slacking since the holidays. It's time to get back on track. These are cucumber noodles and they are very easy to make. I don't know why I prefer them shredded like noodles but it makes it different and fun. I have a hard time eating my vegetables so I have to do what I can. I love my veggetti because it is so easy. This time I only used 1 drop of Lime, Himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper for seasoning. But you can play around with whatever you like best. Serve cold.

Face difference
Going through pictures to see some changes. I had forgotten how red my face was getting. I was getting broken capillaries on my cheeks and then they started on my nose! I was able to cover it up for the most part but it was getting worse and worse. This finally started going away when I made my lifestyle change and add Doterra products into my life. My lifestyle change was going gluten free once I found out that Celiac disease was hereditary and ran in my family. Then I took it a step further to just stop eating processed foods all together. At first I ate very clean; nothing processed. Then I realized it was very hard for me to sustain over a long period of time. I still stay with 100% gluten free, but I allow some gluten free cookies or chips in there sometimes. I prep all my meals ahead of time because that is the only way I can do it.
I'm currently using the verage skin care line at night. Taking the Lifelong Vitality Pack everyday along with slim and sassy soft gels. I also drink peppermint or lemon water at least once a day to keep my PH balanced I'm so impressed with how well I feel and look! You have to start with the inside if you want to fix the outside!

I'm so grateful for Doterra. It's what got me started on this journey. When I started drinking these essential oils in my water, it made me want to eat better. It helped with cravings, gave me energy, and alkalized my body. Then I made the choice to start eliminating chemicals from my life. Just making these small changes has made a tremendous difference in my life.
I know sometimes I may sound like a broken record, but I will continue to share my experiences because it's working. And I want to help make others feel as good as I do!
It's so awesome to see how fast things are changing. When I first started talking about oils, people gave me a weird look. Now, people are joining me with this movement.. they are taking their health into their own hands and not only changing their lives, but the ripple effect is happening and it's helping others too! It's is so amazing to be a part of this movement.

Scentsy replacement
I know those scentsy melts smell amazing, but sometimes it seemed like mine would lose their scent. So, for a refresher, I add my essential oils to them. Helps to make them last longer, or I can create new scents!

Butternut squash
I never liked squash as a kid so it's pretty weird how much I love it now. This is one squash cubed up and put in the crock pot. Add 2 tbs coconut oil and set on low for 6-7 hours.
Turn off the crock pot and add 2-3 drops of cinnamon bark. Mash by hand or put in the blender.
I like grilled chicken thighs to go along with the squash.
